CRD Component Data Service

The Component Reliability Database (CRD)^TM is recognized as the most comprehensive failure data source for electronic, sensor and mechanical components available.  A complete component failure database is the foundation and the most critical part of any FMEDA tool and the exida CRD^TM is provided with every FMEDAx^TM license from exida. However, we realize that engineers occasionally need to check the failure/useful life data for specific component type.  While this information can eventually be obtained by hours of research, exida will provide access to selected CRD components.  Make a selection / payment and exida will email pdf files of the CRD Handbook, Fifth Edition, page(s).

If you are unsure which component you need failure data for, exida offers a "Component Selection Service” at $495/hr. Please email us if that is the case.

Step 2:  Enter Component Item No.'s from this list in the "Special Instructions" field upon check out

Step 3:  After your order is received an exida engineer will email pdf files to you within 24-48 hours
